This policy explains how Pixique LLC, doing business as Soren Rho ("Soren Rho," "we," or "us"), handles information. Discretion is the core of what we do, so we collect as little as possible and share none of it.

What we collect

When you contact us or engage the studio, we receive the information you provide directly: your name, email address, and details about your business necessary to do the work. During an engagement, you may share project documents and workflow records related to your projects. We treat all of it as confidential.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not see, store, or have access to your full card number or bank details. Stripe's handling of your payment information is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.

How we use information

We use the information you provide only to deliver the services you engaged us for: setting up your recordkeeping, building the systems we agreed to, and communicating with you about the work. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it.

What we never do

We never sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own purposes. We never publish your name or reference your business publicly without your explicit permission. We never take possession of your accounts, passwords, bank, or payment processors.

Retention and handover

Everything we build during an engagement is yours, and we hand it over to you. After an engagement ends, we retain only what we need for our own records and legal obligations, and we delete working copies of your sensitive documents on request.

Your choices

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we are not legally required to keep. Email us and we will handle it.
