Terms of Service

These terms govern the services provided by Pixique LLC, doing business as Soren Rho ("Soren Rho," "we," or "us"), to the client ("you"). By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

What we provide

Soren Rho designs customized creative operations systems for organizations whose work has outgrown their processes. We build the workflow, governance, and production infrastructure around recurring creative and marketing delivery. We do not create the content itself, and we do not take possession of your revenue, accounts, or payment processors.

Engagements

Engagement scope, timeline, and fees are agreed in writing before work begins. Unless otherwise agreed, deliverables are handed over at the end of the engagement and you own them outright. There is no ongoing dependency unless we separately agree to ongoing support.

Not legal advice

Soren Rho is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Our work is operational. If your project involves releases, contracts, or compliance questions, consult a licensed attorney; nothing we provide should be relied on as a legal opinion.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for the lawful operation of your own business. We build systems that organize your work; we do not verify the contents of documents you supply.

Fees and refunds

Fees are due as agreed per engagement through our payment processor. Any refund terms are defined in the specific engagement agreement.

Professional service purchases

Creative Operations Diagnosis purchases, initial payments, and any related professional-service fees are applied toward the applicable Soren Rho engagement and are governed by the written agreement, statement of work, proposal, invoice, or other engagement document that applies to that purchase.

An initial payment, when offered, is credited toward the total engagement fee rather than treated as a separate service. Remaining balances are due according to the applicable written agreement or invoice schedule.

Project timing depends on payment status, intake completion, stakeholder access, and mutually agreed scheduling. Cancellation, refund, and rescheduling terms are governed by the applicable written agreement.

Confidentiality

We keep your engagement confidential by default. We will not publish your name, list you as a client, or reference your business in any case study without your explicit permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soren Rho's total liability arising out of or related to the services is limited to the amount you paid for the engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
