Terms of Service

These terms govern the services provided by Pixique LLC, doing business as Soren Rho ("Soren Rho," "we," or "us"), to the client ("you"). By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

What we provide

Soren Rho is a content operations studio. We design and build intake, approval, tracking, and launch systems for teams and businesses that produce content at volume. We do not create the content itself, and we do not take possession of your revenue, accounts, or payment processors.

Engagements

Engagements are fixed-scope and fixed-fee, agreed in writing before work begins. Unless otherwise agreed, deliverables are handed over at the end of the engagement and you own them outright. There is no ongoing dependency unless we separately agree to ongoing support.

Not legal advice

Soren Rho is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Our work is operational. If your project involves releases, contracts, or compliance questions, consult a licensed attorney; nothing we provide should be relied on as a legal opinion.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for the lawful operation of your own business. We build systems that organize your work; we do not verify the contents of documents you supply.

Fees and refunds

Fees are due as agreed per engagement through our payment processor. If a fixed-scope engagement is not a fit, tell us within the first week and we will refund it in full.

Confidentiality

We keep your engagement confidential by default. We will not publish your name, list you as a client, or reference your business in any case study without your explicit permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soren Rho's total liability arising out of or related to the services is limited to the amount you paid for the engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
